NUTRITION RESOURCES

Building our diets around GREEN-RATED foods is the optimal way to stay healthy. High in fiber and phytonutrients, these foods help neutralize pH, are less likely to contain environmental toxins,  and are the perfect source of fuel for ALL humans. With the exception of the soil-borne vitamin B12, our nutritional needs can be easily met by eating nothing but a colorful variety of these foods. Despite well-funded campaigns to promote misinformation, there is a strong and growing consensus among the scientific and medical communities that RED-RATED foods, including  ALL highly processed foods and ALL animal-based foods pose serious personal health risks.
