GREEN-RATED - UNPROCESSED PLANTS
Nutrient-dense foods with proven healing qualities
These foods have been scientifically shown to benefit both personal and global health. Adding any of them to your diet can measurably improve your health AND your positive impact on the world. For optimal health, use them as substitutes for the more harmful foods below and work toward making them your primary source of fuel.
YELLOW-RATED - LIGHTLY PROCESSED PLANTS
Less healthy than the above but more healthy than the below
These foods aren't as healthy as the foods above because some nutrients are lost in processing. They also tread a little heavier on the planet. Some may even be problematic for certain people. But these foods are generally less risky than the foods below. PLUS, they can make life a little easier and a lot more fun.

These foods have been scientifically linked to dozens of diseases AND they negatively impact global health too. While their type of impact varies, they ALL can have harmful health consequences and NONE offers nutritional benefits beyond what you can find in GREEN-RATED the foods above.*
