GLOBAL WARMING RESOURCES
Building our diets around GREEN-RATED foods is the most effective way to fight global warming. Due to a lack of consensus on metrics, estimates vary. However, it is widely agreed that livestock are responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions than the entire transportation industry, including all the cars, trucks, buses, trains, ships and airplanes in the world. Some greenhouse gases (GHGs) have up to 300 times the global warming impact as carbon dioxide, and cows in particular are heavy emitters. The best way to reduce your GHG is to stop consuming RED-RATED foods, especially beef, and share this information with others.
